An Advice Report from English Heritage or Historic England following an assessment of a Heritage Asset which are occasioned by proposed amendments to national designations (listed buildings, scheduled monuments, registered parks etc.). The advice provides a recommendation to the relevant Minister with responsibility in this matter, the Minister for Tourism and Heritage, who will then either designate the asset, un-designate the asset, revise the designation for the asset or will decline to designate the asset.
