A site visit was conducted to Norman Hay Farm Cottage, in order to assess the building for listing. Errors made in correctly locating this property in the original listing meant that the intended structure was never managed as a listed building. Norman Hay Farm Cottage was extensively remodelled and extended in c.1992, compromising its historic integrity and special interest. It was decided that the building no longer met the criteria for listing, and the building was subsequently de-listed. {1}
