Full Description

The site comprises two sections. The main building is of four storeys with two loading bays. The adjoining building appears to have been converted from a house. The main building has the signs 'Scholes' and 'Warehouseman' with a smaller sign giving the details of the actual articles which are for wholesale only. The main frontages measure 23 feet and 28 feet and they stand approximately 75 feet from the river. {1} Early 19th century 4 storey brick warehouse with round headed doorway to left, segmental passage doorway to right.
