A memorial to the fallen of the First World War and Second World War lies within Grantham Cemetery. It takes the form of a plain Cross of Sacrifice with a slender tapered shaft set upon an octagonal base and plinth. It serves as a central memorial to the local servicemen who died in those conflicts, many of which are buried in the surrounding cemetery. {1}{2}
