Full Description

A house dating from the late 18th century which underwent alterations in the 20th century. It was constructed of colourwashed brick and has a concrete tile roof with brick coped gables and gable stacks. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} The Old Farmhouse had been enlarged and extensively altered, but suffered severe fire damage in 2010. It was subsequently repaired with further alterations, and was delisted in 2014 because a significant proportion of the original fabric had been lost, including the earlier roof structure and its covering, all external joinery, internal floors, original hearths and all internal joinery. {2}{3}
