A house dating from the late 18th century which underwent alterations in the 20th century. It was constructed of colourwashed brick and has a concrete tile roof with brick coped gables and gable stacks. It was subsequently repaired with further alterations, and was delisted in 2014 because a significant proportion of the original fabric had been lost, including the earlier roof structure and its covering, all external joinery, internal floors, original hearths and all internal joinery. {2}{3}
