Full Description

Farmhouse dating to the late 18th century, built in rendered brick with a pantile roof. It is of two storeys with a single coped gable and 2 gable stacks. The front is of 3 bays, with the centre bay advanced. There is a central planked door flanked by single margin light sashes. To the first floor is a band, and a fixed light flanked by single sliding sashes. All openings have segmental heads. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} Despite being listed, the farmhouse has been demolished. It is thought likely that the demolition occurred shortly prior to the formal listing was adopted in 1988. No trace of the former structure can now (2018) be discerned on the Google Maps aerial photographic layer. The building was subsequently de-listed. {2}{3}{4}
