Full Description

Railway line running between Firsby and Boston. It formed part of the larger East Lincolnshire Railway line, which was constructed by the Great Northern Railway, with this part being opened in October 1848. Almost all of the route is still in use, with only the short length from Firsby South Junction to the former Firsby Railway Station having been dismantled in the early 1970s. {1}{2}
