Full Description

Castle Farm, Tealby. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with three sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {1} A study of the history and development of Castle Farm was included in the programme of historic building recording, conducted in April 2017 , prior to the proposed redevelopment of the farm buildings. {2}{3}
