Full Description
The below-ground remains of both north-south and east-west aligned ridge and furrow were noted on land at Rectory Farm, Grantham, during a geophysical survey in 2012. {1}
The presence of ridge and furrow across the survey area was confirmed during subsequent trial trenching in 2013 and 2021, when a large number of infilled furrows were revealed. {2}{3}{4}{5}
