Full Description

Levelled earthworks of ridge and furrow were identified during trial trenching at land off Lincoln Road, Ruskington, prior to the construction of a new residential development. Some of these remains were noted in a preceeding magnetometry survey of this area as linear magnetic anomalies. The ridge and furrow survived as east to west aligned linear features, with remains encountered in the excavated trenches across the entire site. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6}
