Description
Seven trenches were excavated in August 2008 at Wickham Gardens, Chapel Lane, Lincoln, in order to provide informtion on the site. The Roman ramparts, two medieval cist burials, possible walls of St. Clement's Church, banks of the 19th century reservoir and post medieval walls were revealed. {1}{2}
