Description

A watching brief was undertaken by Archaeological Project Services during groundworks for a residential development in September 2011. Sand and gravel pits dating from the late medieval to modern periods were revealed along with the probable boundary ditch of a medieval property. Finds include pottery, animal bone, glass and clay pipe. {1}{2}
