Full Description

During monitoring of groundworks for a residential development in September 2011 by Archaeological Project Services a pit containing 20th century pottery and a leather shoe sole was found in Plot 1. A dumped deposit containing sherds of late 19th century glass and an iron teapot was found in Plot 3 and an east to west alighed ditch containing 20th century glass fragments was found in the garage area of Plot 3. {1}{2}
