Description
Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording conducted during groundworks for a new live-work house and associated driveway access on land at Croft House, Low Road, Grayingham between December 2012 and August 2013. A small cluster of possible Saxon structural remains were revealed in the area of the new access road. A series of two undated pits and a ditch were encountered within footing trenches for the new house. A series of Saxon to medieval pottery was recovered from the whole area.
