Archive for the magnetometry and augering surveys, conducted to inform the proposed construction of new fishing lakes on land at Mill Road, Addlethorpe. A series of magnetic anomalies were identified and were interpreted as a number of probable saltern sites of possible Iron Age or Romano-British date. Two linear features, thought to be former field drains or boundaries, were also recorded.
