Description
An augering survey was conducted to investigate two of the magnetic anomalies, identified by previous magnetometry survey, and interpreted as a number of probable saltern sites of possible Iron Age or Romano-British date. Briquetage was recovered from both of the investigated sites, between the depths of 1m to 1.5m. {1}{2}
