A probable continuation of one of the previously recorded linear features in this area was recorded in May 2011, during magnetometry survey of land to the immediate north of Ropsley Quarry. The feature was identified as a narrow, ditch-like linear magnetic anomaly, running in a roughly south to north direction, and curving to match the alignment of the previously identified feature. {2}
