A church and priest are mentioned in the Domesday Book. {1}
The present All Saints church has an eleventh or early twelfth century tower. It was rebuilt in 1717, and again in 1868 by R.J.Withers. There are other medieval features within the fabric of the church. {2}{3}{4}{5}{8}
