Full Description

Fieldwalking in 1998 on land at Tumby found a small amount of post-medieval artefacts. These included tile, pottery and gunflints. Their precise location within the fieldwalking grid was not noted.{1}{2}. (Exact location of these finds within the large survey area is unclear) Further finds of this date were made during trial-trenching in 2000.{3}{4}
