PRN 53236 Holton hall is a small country house built in the early eighteenth century with later eighteenth century alterations and additions. Constructed from stuccoed brickwork and a hipped slate roof. The hall has a late eighteenth century elliptical arch and above this is set a sixteenth century plaster panel in high relief of Orpheus in the underworld. It has a tall west front with two very deep canted bays, almost wings. {2} The hall is recorded on the first and second edition Ordnance Survey maps. {3}{4} Unnamed farmstead, Holton cum Beckering. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard of L plan. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. {5}
