AN EARLY SAXON SETTLEMENT SITE IDENTIFIED FROM 62 SHERDS FOUND ON A ROMANO BRITISH SETTLEMENT SITE. THE SAXON MATERIAL APPEARS TO BE CONCENTRATED AT THE NORTHERN END OF THE SITE ALONG THE COURSE OF A STREAM. {1}
