Full Description

PRN 34058 VERY CLOSE TO 34057 BUT A DISTINCT CONCENTRATION WITH SOILMARK. MUCH FIRED CLAY AND BURNT STONE AND THE POTTERY IS MAINLY EARLY BRONZE AGE, INCLUDING COLLARED URN, BUT WITH SOME MIDDLE IRON AGE POTTERY, INCLUDING A FEW SCORED SHERDS. ANIMAL BONE INCLUDES CATTLE. {1}, AREA 0.05H, HTM 4M During evaluation work as part of the Fenland Management Project, Trench 4 revealed a possible posthole and a few non-specific finds.{2}
