Full Description

PRN 33745 This church, which stood in a hollow west of the turnpike road near a farmhouse, was in ruins by the time of Elizabeth I. The churchyard can still be traced. Slight traces are visible on aerial photographss at TF 075 313. {1}{2}{3}{4}{5}{6} Site of west of Laughton church covered by a farm building & local info suggests the churchyard to have been to the immediate north west where bones are encountered when holes are dug. {1} Burials were found at TF 075 314 in 1910. They were thought to be Saxon. {9}
