Description

An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in June 2008 during the development of the new Music School and Sports Hall at Lincoln Minster School. Three trenches were excavated revealing Roman and medieval pottery and tile and animal bone. Limestone fragments were also uncovered suggesting the site had been a quarry. {1}{2}
