Description
A geophysical magnetometry survey was undertaken at Norton Bottoms Quarry as a requirement for the extension of the quarry between October 2017 and May 2018. Small enclosures possibly relating to a field system, ridge and furrow, and resource extraction pits were recorded. {1} Later excavations (ELI14406) confirmed the presence of the features.
