Description
A manuscript covering Roman roads in Britain written by Thomas Leman after 1818. The original book was seen by Ivan Margary and in 1960 he sent, to Lincoln Museum, a photostat of an extract from the book that covered the Roman road that passed through Irnham Park. A transcript of this extract was made and is in the HER parish file. The original book was said to be destined for the library of the Society of Antiquaries in London.
