Archive for the earthwork survey, conducted to inform the proposed construction of a new agricultural building on land off Middlemarsh Lane, Ashington End. A visit to the site noted that previously extant earthworks of medieval ridge and furrow had been recently ploughed flat, and the survey had to instead analyse previously obtained lidar data to provide a more detailed record of the former earthworks here.
