Report on a fluxgate gradiometer survey, conducted to inform the proposed construction of a new swimming training facility on land at Hoop Lane Farm, Langton by Wragby. Widespread remains of medieval ridge and furrow were identified across the site, as well as a possible curvilinear ditch-like feature at the western edge of the surveyed area. Subsequent trial trenching in this area confirmed the presence of medieval ridge and furrow remains across the site, but found no trace of the possible curvilinear feature (see ELI13425).
