Abstract/Summary

Heritage statement produced to assess the impact of the proposed demolition of 2 Lee Street, Louth and redevelopment of the site and alterations to the adjacent Wool Mart building. The Wool Mart is a former warehouse, built in 1825 for the Louth Corporation, and now used as an auction house. 2 Lee Street is a later 19th century former house, attached to the south of the Wool Mart.
