Abstract/Summary

Archive for the programme of historic building recording, conducted to inform the proposed conversion of a complex of agricultural buildings on land at Church Farm, Church Lane, Rand. The surveyed buildings comprise two attached, single-storey, brick-built ranges of mid 19th century date, with a separate two-storey, brick-built outbuilding of late 19th century date. The foundation courses of earlier structures were utilised in the construction of the single-storey ranges, indicating an earlier, possibly 18th century, origin for the farmstead.
