Abstract/Summary
Archive for the watching brief and earthwork survey, conducted during the replacement of electrical cables at Grimsthorpe Castle, Edenham. The remains of medieval ridge and furrow was recorded, along with a small rectangular enclosure, interpreted as a small cottage enclosure with rear garden terraces. A small assemblage of post-medieval material was recovered, along with a single sherd of 13th century Bourne pottery.
