Abstract/Summary
Report on a watching brief and earthwork survey, conducted during the replacement of electrical cables at Grimsthorpe Castle, Edenham. The remains of medieval ridge and furrow was recorded, along with a small rectangular enclosure, interpreted as a small cottage enclosure with rear garden terraces. A small assemblage of post-medieval material was recovered, along with a single sherd of 13th century Bourne pottery.
