Archive for a programme of archaeological evaluation comprising two trial trenches excavated on land at School Lane/Church Road in advance of residential development. This followed an earlier phase of evaluation (ELI4823) and revealed similar results. Several phases of archaeological activity were encountered including Late Saxon, Medieval and post-Medieval.
