Full Description

Grade II listed former rectory, now house, dating from 1827 and built by Thomas Boyfield. It is ashlar and has a hipped slate roof with two ashlar wall stacks. It is incorrectly shown on the Ordnance Survey map as rectory. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} The Old Rectory, Careby Aunby and Holywell. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. {2}
