Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, gates and railings dating from the early 19th century. The house is coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins and has a Collyweston slate roof with lead dressings and two brick gable stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Castle Farm, Castle Bytham. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with two sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
