Full Description

Grade II listed wall, gate lodges, possibly lock-ups and gateway, dating from the mid 17th century and altered in the 18th century. They are limestone and ironstone rubble and have plain tile and pantile roofs. There are two round lodges with conical plain tile roofs which flank the gateway, each with a single doorway to the east, both with wooden lintels. The west lodge has a plank door. Low ashlar coped walls rake down on each side to the 20th century gateway with wooden posts with ball finials and raking plank gates. A high tile coped wall runs eastwards from the eastern lodge and runs the full length of the Grange's north boundary.
