Full Description

Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century and altered in the early and mid 19th and early 20th centuries. It is coursed limestone rubble with some limestone ashlar and has Collyweston tiled roofs with stone coped gables, three gable and single ridge stacks. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1} Unnamed farmstead (The Grange), Morton & Hanthorpe. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with four sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached with the long axis facing on to the yard. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {2}
