Full Description

Grade II listed gate and gateway, dating from the 19th century. The gate is cast iron, coursed ironstone rubble and ashlar in an early 18th century style, with a scrolled rail and top set in an ashlar gateway with a stilted pointed chamfered inner arch, the top being semi-circular and hood moulded. To either side there are sloping coped ironstone rubble walls. For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1}
