PRN 37218 [Note - where there is confusion or discrepancy between sources regarding the date of a building, the Royal Commission survey (which is the most detailed and recent) has been taken as the most reliable.] This house dates to the early 18th century, although the rear elevation was altered in the early 19th century. The rest of the house is little altered. The interior has various contemporary features including a staircase, fireplace and wooden cornices. {1} This house has a late 18th century front on an earlier house [this may be incorrect - see above]. It is two storeys high and built of ashlar stone with a slate roof.
