Full Description

Grade II listed milestone, dating from the mid 19th century. It is rectangular, about 0.75 of a metre high, and has a moulded head. The front is inscribed 'Spalding....', the remaining inscription is illegible. The right side says 'Sutton Bridge 1 mile' and to the left says 'Long Sutton 2 miles'.
