Full Description

A terrace garden and court walls dating from the mid 18th century. The rectangular red brick wall extends about 200 metres and is set on a plinth with brick coping and ashlar coping to the west side. The wall contains to the west side a raised brick paved terrace. Leading to the north terrace is a gateway with a pair of rusticated ashlar piers with ashlar coping and a single pair of decorative ashlar urns from Loughton Hall. The north east side is broken by a gateway with a single pair of red brick gate piers with lead coping and single ashlar orbs. To the north west is a narrow gateway with two red brick piers each with ashlar coping.
