The churchyard for the former Church of St Andrew is depicted on the 2nd edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey County Series map. It likely dates to 1846, when the church it served was built (see PRN 49338). {1}
The churchyard survived the demolition of the church, and contains mature trees including a boundary of oaks dating to the time of enclosure in 1769. It is considered to be of townscape value by the Conservation Area Appraisal. {1}
