PRN 13852 [This record contains information previously in record PRN 13477, now deleted.] Red brick, slate roofed four storey warehouse previously occupied by Hurst seed merchants, now converted into flats. The short end fronts onto Packhouse Quay, the main landing place in the port of Boston until 1880's when the dock opened. {2} This building was originally built as the Britannia Oil Mill, an oil seed crushing mill, before conversion into warehouses. {3}
