BOSTON TF3243NE SOUTH STREET 716-1/10/173 (East side) 28/11/74 Pilgrim Mansions GV II Includes: Warehouse occupied by Hurst adjacent to No.18 SOUTH STREET. Warehouse, now flats. Mid C19, altered C20. Red brick in bond, Welsh slate roof with stone coped gables and kneelers. EXTERIOR: 4 storeys, 3-bay gabled front to South Street, with angled corner to right. To left a window and to right a set of C20 doors to substation. Above 3 windows to each floor and a further single window to the gable. Window openings have brick segmental arches and C20 casements, the ground floor openings and brickwork being rebuilt C20. Long side front of 12 bays with further C20 2-light openings and C20 reused side entrance. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3285243930
