Full Description

63043 In 1338-39 the Bishop of Lincoln granted a commission to Ralf, Rector of 'Brendebroughton' to remove the wood and stones of a chapel in that parish in a place called Parva Stapleford (see 63042), a mile or so distant from the church, and to use them for the fabric of the church or bell tower (St Helen's church - 63022). {1}{2}
