Seventeen medieval and 667 post medieval sherds of pottery were recovered during fieldwalking by the Washingborough Archaeology Group in a field adjacent to the south side of the Witham (Field C1). {1}{2}
153 trial trenches were excavated on the proposed route of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass. Three ditches dating to the post medieval period were uncovered. These contained post-medieval finds. {3} {4}
