A Roman pottery scatter, comprising 23 sherds, was identified during fieldwalking by the Washingborough Archaeology Group in Field 37, which runs from Field 36 in the south, and to the track in the north, by the Washingborough Archaeology Group on 25th February 1996. A further 16 sherds were recovered from Field 38 on 3rd March 1996, which lies to the east of Field 37. The exact location and extents of the scatter are not certain. {1}
