Full Description

Sudbrooke grange belonged to Barlings Abbey. The farm was replaced by a manor house after the Dissolution. These buildings were demolished and replaced by prefabricated cattle sheds in the 20th century. A 1970 vertical aerial photograph shows a square enclosure in this vicinity, thought to be of medieval origin. {1}{2}{3}
