Full Description
Cropmarks of medieval ridge and furrow, noted on aerial photographs to the north-east of Nettleham. {1}
Further traces of ridge and furrow were identified in the fields to the south and west of those previously recorded areas, during magnetometry survey, conducted in September 2014 on land off Scothern Road. The remains were identified as a series of parallel linear magnetic anomalies, all aligned on a roughly north-west to south-east axis. {2}{3}
