St Michael's Church was chiefly Early English, but was rebuilt in 1844 except for the lower part of the west tower. The church was restored in 1890. {1}{2} St Michael's church is in normal use [in 1963]. No Pre-Conquest stones were noted in the church or in the surrounding area. {1}
